Our make-up bags and cushions are currently made to order, so please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be shipped.
Our notebooks are shipped next working day. If you need an order urgently, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We ship via Royal Mail.
Our standard delivery charges are:
Single small notebook
- Royal Mail First Class - £2.50
- Royal Mail First Class Signed For - £3.50
All other products
- Royal Mail First Class - £3.50
- Royal Mail First Class Signed For - £4.50
Free First Class Signed For Delivery over £70.
There is nothing we love more than creating stunning products that our customers love and will treasure for a long time.
If you are anything less than 100% satisfied with your order, or have simply changed your mind, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.
All returned items should be sent back in perfect condition, unused, in the original packaging and fit for resale. Please make sure you contact us before returning an item so we know who to process the refund to.
Should you wish to return an item, you are responsible for shipping it back to us and for the associated costs. Upon receiving the returned item in excellent condition we will issue a full refund to the card used for the original payment.

Faulty or damaged items
We take great care packing our items to be sent out on delivery to avoid any damage in transit. Should your items unfortunately arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible, but at the latest within 3 working days of receiving them.
If you have unfortunately received a faulty item, we will do our uttermost to rectify this error. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item at email@example.com
We will then organise a refund or replacement (your choice) for the faulty item.
